    Mussels with chili and garlic - recipe request

    I love cooking and asian dishes. There´s a chinese restaurant that served the world best mussels. I asked them how they cook it but unfortunately they aren´t telling me their secret.
    So I wonder if this could be a well known dish in China? Basically the sauce is pretty hot and I can see garlic, chili and spring onions floating around.

    Mussels are seafood, so it only needs simple side dish like minced garlic and chili with hot oil poured on it, then make it steamed few mins.

    I know one recipe but not fully (sorry for that I forgot some of the ingredients) that my grandmother use to cook four to five years ago.
    Ingredients:
    take 1kg of mussels
    add 2 onions
    add 1 ginger
    add soya sauce, chili sauce, and garlic sauce
