OMC Medical is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and be responsible for driving business development in the medical regulatory and regulatory areas (medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals). This position works closely with the internal team and is responsible for explaining the high quality of service to potential customers. As a member of the business development team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer support to existing customers, contributing to the continued growth and success of OMC Medical.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and create new sales and business opportunities within designated customer territories.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers and gain a deep understanding of their business and needs.
• Work with internal staff to develop customer solutions.
• Establish and maintain frequent contact with customers through targeted customer visits and demonstrations.
• Support marketing activities (e.g., medical exhibitions, seminars).
• Maintain OMC Medical ’s sales management tools and keep them up to date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, master’s, and/or doctoral degrees.
• Ability to understand the needs of our customers and work with the clinical community to develop high-level solutions.
• Reliable, proactive, results-oriented, customer-focused, and with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Business trips: 30-60%.
