As our Influencer Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying, cultivating, and managing top-tier Counter-Strike: Global Offensive influencers. CS2 Case opening project focused on the Asian market. Your role is pivotal in executing our influencer marketing strategy and boosting brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit elite Counter-Strike: Global Offensive influencers in Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines). The goal is to warm up the market and get a new audience for the project;
Architect and implement high-impact influencer marketing campaigns;
Forge and maintain
rock-solid relationships with influencers;
Offer new types of
integrations with influencers (non-standard), focused on engagement
and deposits;
Track, analyze, and optimize influencer campaign performance;
Stay ahead of the
curve on the latest gaming industry trends;
Tasks:
Search
and contact with potential influencers for collaboration and
integration (directly, through agents, agencies), negotiations on
cooperation;
Preparation
of advertising materials for integration with an influencer,
promotions (and anything that can attract the attention of the
audience with a non-standard approach);
Analyze the
effectiveness of campaigns with influencers and prepare reports on
the results;
Audit of competitors’ activity, tracking market
trends;
Development and implementation of strategies for
attracting and optimizing placement on influencer channels (Twitch,
YouTube platforms, etc.).

Requirements:
Deep-rooted understanding of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing campaign results;
Experience navigating social media platforms;
Unbridled passion for gaming.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience playing CS:GO
competitively at a high level or
Ex-pro CS2 player;
Fluency in both Chinese and English;
In-depth knowledge of the esports industry.
